January 2013
First, Auréléa decided she wanted to ring in the New Year with us. (Don't worry grandmom's - she didn't have any champagne to ring in the New Year)
We decided to have a Kapla block contest to see who could build the tallest and here is is - before Auréléa and Noah crashed it to the ground.
Auréléa is starting to make lots of noise - funny girl.

We had a 'big' snow and Noah and I were able to build some small snowmen - let us know if you recognize who they are....
Since it has been cold outside & a little snowy the kids have been entertaining us with the Wii and Noah was fixing some of his cars. He was really making funny smiles that day. I think he was stir crazy!
Also, we made it to the Dusseldorf Boat Show again so Noah had some fun exploring the boats.
Aurelea is starting to explore pieces of food. See the short video Kurt made of her. Best to download in HD if you have the time.

Also, Noah has been 'working' on the computer......
And helping us feed his little sister.
So, overall a busy month but we are looking forward to a fun-filled February with a 2 week school 'vacance' thrown in. Yes, Noah's school is closed for 2 weeks. I do not know how the French parents manage these school holidays. It seems for this one most people go on a 'ski' holiday for at least one of the weeks. So when in Rome.......
