The Price Family Vacation

September, 2010

Grandma and Grandpa Price came for a big old family vacation in September. We met them at Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris and continued down to Marbella, Spain.

Sunset on the beach in front of our condo for the week.

Noah finally enjoyed the kiddy pool

... And so did Rani.

Enjoying a lovely meal on the beach at sunset

In front of the Don Juan statue!

Marbella Marina

"Grandpa! What are you doing to my Grandma!?"

Marbella has some very beautiful and quaint little streets filled with small boutiques and many flowering plants.

Not bad for a park bench, huh?

Invasion of the monkeys! We took a day trip down to Gibraltar. A tiny little country at the mouth of the Mediteranean. On our tour of The Rock, we got to see the famous monkeys.

Aargh, yey matey.

Look familiar?

Throughout history, the Rock of Gibraltar has been used as a defensive position in many wars. There are more miles of roads and tunnels inside the mountain than there are in the rest of the country. Here, Noah is peeking out a cannon hatch.

Back home, we visited a local castle that was built by Richard the Lionheart in the 11th century.

It was situated on a hill side overlooking the Seine.

We even got attacked by this crazy crusader!

Another day was spent in Paris. Grabbing a snack in Les Jardins de Tuileries

And blowing off some steem!

Notre Dame

When in Paris....
